Pipes.AI (“Pipes”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) owns and operates a proprietary call technology platform (“Pipes.AI” or the “Platform”). The Platform is a fully cloud-based, self-serve product that optimizes and enhances Customer’s ability to connect with their Leads more efficiently. Pipes uses proprietary technology and artificial intelligence to accomplish this goal. The Platform ingests Leads from customers that purchase access to the Platform (each, a “Customer”) and performs deduplication and validation processes prior to accepting a Lead. Accepted Leads are assigned to campaigns (each a “Campaign” and collectively, the “Campaigns”) that Customer has created with pre-scripted messages (e.g. inbound, outbound, and voicemail IVR’s). The Platform programmatically contacts all Accepted Leads and provides a detailed status for each. The product aims to increase the connect rate for Customer and provides an easy to use interface that is highly scalable.
Privacy is important to Pipes and any information that is collected or used is limited to what is necessary to create and maintain innovative and reliable Services without compromising the individual privacy of users. This policy covers data collected through Pipes’ corporate website (www.Pipes.AI) and data collected through the Pipes software. It also describes the choices available to you regarding the use of, your access to, and how to update and correct your personal information. The use of information collected through Pipes shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Customer has engaged Pipes.
Throughout this Policy “personal information” means user and/or Customer name, address, phone number, email address and IP address or any information or combination of information that can be used to identify, contact, or locate a discrete individual. It similarly includes such information provided related to consumers to whom Customer may use the Platform to contact.
When do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form or enter information on our site. We also collect information on our service platform that you input related to your customers. However, we do not share or use such third party information unless otherwise instructed by you or them.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
- To personalize user’s experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.
- To improve our website in order to better serve you.
- To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
- To administer promotion, survey or other site feature.
- To quickly process your transactions.
- To send periodic emails regarding your order or other products and services.

Can a Customer/consumer opt-out of providing information?
With regard to phone services, individuals are able to submit their phone numbers to “do-not-call” registries. Pipes will use its best efforts to observe do-not-call registries in any call campaign it facilitates, but the Customer is ultimately responsible for ensuring it complies with all DNC requests. Consumers who have opted-in to receive such messages, either with a Customer or with Pipes, shall not be subject to any do-not-call restriction unless and until they opt-out.
Can a Customer or visitor to Pipes.ai opt out of providing information?
Customers and visitors are required as a part of the signup process to provide personal information. Pipes primary intent in collecting information is to support administration, marketing, operations, and legal. Customers wishing not to receive communications may do so anytime by emailing email@example.com.
Information Related to Data Collected for our Customers
Pipes collects personal information only on behalf of its Customers to provide them the Pipes service. Pipes may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Customers.
Access and Retention of Data Controlled by our Customers
Pipes acknowledges that it has the right to access personal information. Pipes has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information it processes on behalf of Customer. Pipes will retain all information it processes on behalf of its Customers for as long as a Customer’s account is active or as needed to provide Services to the Customer.
Pipes may post Customer testimonials with the Customer’s consent to do so. If at any time you wish to update or delete a testimonial, you can contact us.
Basis of Processing
Pipes is the Controller of data collected, it processes that data on the basis of its legitimate business interest to provide its service, and on the basis of fulfilling contractual obligations with Customers.
Right to Review, Delete and Control Use of Information
Pipes Customers, visitors have the right to request access to, and correction or deletion of, personal information, and to request that processing of the data be stopped. Customers and visitors may always opt-out of marketing by unsubscribing from communications, or by contacting Pipes.
Pipes is subject to various retention requirements and retains PII as described in this document, for as long as necessary for a specified purpose or legal requirement, and in accordance with any applicable regulations.
What are Pipes’ policies regarding children?
Pipes Services are not engineered for or directed at children. Children (persons under the age of 18) are not eligible to do business with Pipes and it does not collect personal information from any person it actually knows is under the age of 18.
How does our site handle do not track signals?
We honor do not track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.
